Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and successfully inspected by our team. Approved refunds are typically credited to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on banking and payment gateway processing timelines.
Shipping charges, COD handling fees, and other service charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement product is unavailable, customers may receive store credit or refund based on eligibility.
